Now I don't normally do videos but i figured this is truly the best way to capture the feel of the collection without actually being at the show so I hope you enjoy and let me know what you think.

Day 1 at LFW SS13 saw a lot of exciting collections and Bora Aksu was no exception. The models were styled from head to toe beautifully like crazy Queens each wearing crowns on top of their backcombed messy beehives. The theme of the collection was 19th century beauty, a take on Marie Antoinette using her love of Art Deco and her gardens to create a key SS13 print. I saw brocade skirts mixing in with structured box jackets against floaty silk floor length dresses in sheer silk organza. The colour pallet was a refreshing pastel collection with delicate whites, pale blues, pinks and greys. Guests included Kelly Brook, Laura Whitmore, Kate Nash, Delilah and Dionne Bromfield. Overall a great collection, probably my favourite Bora Aksu collection to date, now next thing on my list is to track down one of those fabulous crowns.
