It was around this time last year that I showcased my Graduate womenswear RTW collection at the Baltic Arts Centre in Gateshead, Newcastle and at Graduate Fashion Week, London, how time does fly.

I created a collection for versatility, a collection that was wearable season after season inspired by a mash up of urban street style imagery/styling and a riveting story about the iconic Osa Johnson and the adventures she faced with husband Martin during safari exploration in the 1940's fully detailed in her book entitled 'I Married Adventure'. The collection was inspired by the strong, independent women on the go with a certain 'coolness' about them.

Next month I will hopefully be moving into a more permanent pad in the East End of London and I am currently gathering inspiration from my favourite home interior blogs for the look, white on white is seriously my thing.

So I have quite literally dropped off the face of the blogging earth this last month due to landing myself a new job on the buying team at River Island HQ and moving my entire life's possessions down to London. So here's what I have been upto on Instagram. Celebrating my 23rd birthday on the 40th floor of Heron Tower, almost died when I found an Emilio Pucci silk white dress in TK Maxx, took a well deserved spa break with my mum, danced all night long at Dalston Superstore to 90's R'n'B, decided that socks and sandles are actually really cool.

New year, new wardrobe... I have decided to create a more minimalist wardrobe for Spring starting with my favourite trend, monochrome. These are some of the looks/items I am really feeling at the moment.
