Better Late than never... I have a few posts backed up from Fashion Week, Paris etc...
The thing I love most about the London fashion shows is the never ending list of up-coming fresh, new design talent causing a beautiful fashion storm every season. I was lucky enough to attend Eudon Choi's SS13 catwalk show set in the ever chic Portico Rooms at Somerset House. Choi's 'Space Oddity' collection featured his signature contrast of styles with masculine vs feminine with a fashionable nod to cinematic classics and science fiction. The collection was inspired by Stanley Kubricks seminal movie 2001: A Space Odyssey along with other classic 60's films. I saw clean lines, luxe fabrics and a big emphasis on full silhouettes with neon colour flashes throughout. The hair was sleek, tied back with metal bands and the perspex heeled shoes (which were amazing) were designed in collaboration with Joanne Stoker. This designer is seriously one to watch in the coming seasons, I spotted Delilah sat front row.
