Alber's collections are always something of a spectacle to look forward to and his AW 12 is no exception. Celebrating his 10 year anniversary designing for the house, there is a sense of accomplishment and a slight boast about each outfit which just seems to make even more of an exciting experience. Lanvin always seem to get the women's shape 'spot-on', this collection feels like it can be worn by every women out there who wants to dress up in amazing frocks and jackets. The peplum is still key on the AW 12 catwalks which I am really happy about as I feel it works really well with all figure types. The thing I love most about Lanvin is that you can never really tell specifically what the collection was inspired by, but that never really matters Alber just has 'style'.
